i would enjoy this mod if i could afford it tbh, but its completely worth being paid for
It would be useful if entities could be marked to be unaffected by visibility so moving things that need to be transmitted to clients all the time like the pistons here could work while visibility optimization could still be used.
Wonder if a multi-bucket system would be more effective here Have a small pool which a chain of buckets runs through in a loop If the buckets are not flush with the walls, any leaking will stay in the map At the top, the buckets would move forwards a bit and phase into the floor

People reported it working with GWater 1, but the Void Scoop won't work, since GWater 1 particles can't pass through a nodraw texture.

Damn that looks cool, gonna have to check it out whenever GWater 2 is released publicly.
It's so bizarre seeing fullbright custom maps in Source with such realistic fluid simulations lol. Looks cool as hell! I feel like there has to be a way to force certain parts of the map to always be rendered regardless of the position of the player but I could be wrong, it's been aages since I did any serious mapping for Source.

who would've guessed, back in what, 2006? that we'll have a FUCKING WATER PHYSICS SIMULATION SYSTEM on the game, and it being like, commonly distributed
3kliksphilip (OG source mapper/modder) did actually. He predicted realtime lighting/radiosity, dynamic light rays, and realistic fluid simulation back in 2008 when he was covering what he expected to see in the future source engine.
Yeah you can't exactly model a helix in Hammer, you'll need to use something else and then import it in.

gwater 2 isnt a finished mod yet you cant expect to be perfect already while its still in development
