Ingredients:
400g zucchini (unpeeled)
850g potatoes
80g butter
50ml whole milk
American seasoning for potatoes
2 tbsp flour
Breadcrumbs
Cooking oil
Batter:
3 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 egg
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt and black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1/2 mozzarella
1 tsp grill seasoning
Instructions:
-Cook the Potatoes: Boil the chopped potatoes in salted water until tender. Once cooked, add butter and milk to the hot potatoes, then mash them. Season with American seasoning for potatoes.
