I actually think that this build can be really optimized First of its better to use enforcer axe with 25 agility for speed demon U can proc it with flame within, then ofc with immolation and agitating spark U can put 5 into intelligence for nullying clarity and Therefore u get a 30% dmg boost and a 15% dmg boost U can use hoods in the most recent versions Sorry that I am late
