You can use printer as per your requirement. Normally put your printer offline by pressing Online Button. After giving a print command turn printer online to take print. If you want to cancel any print command than find the printer symbol in right side of the taskbar. Double click on that than select pending print command and cancel. I hope you understand.

@@SolveIT_pc I understand sir.. but there is no printing symbol at the taskbar when I use this printer as I stated previously huhu.. that's why I don't know any other ways to cancel it even the buttons on the printer has no cancel button.. how sir?

your ribbon cartridge might be dry or exhausted. Change cartridge and check print.

I’m having the same problem, I changed the cartridge but is still printing bold letters but last week it was normal, it changed from nowhere

Check printer head pressure located in left side of the printer head moving road. set it to 0 or 1 paper.

Automatic tear off is used to define continue printing on paper or tear off paper after print. If automatic tear off is "On" than extra paper will be ejected to safely tear the paper.

use paper as I am using in this video. You don't need to press any key while feeding paper. Just hole the paper straight and insert it. paper sensor sense the paper and printer set it automatically.

before changing printer head, you need to check 9 transistor CAT-X board. if any transistor is defective, then it will damage printer head. As you mentioned that you had changed printer head. But faulty transistor may damaged printer head again.

@Wanda Florist Generally this error may be due to unsupported driver installation. Uninstall installed printer driver and Install genuine driver from official website or official driver cd provided along with device. It is a high speed printer. Install genuine printer driver and use Bi Directional printing in print direction

Go to control panel - Devices and printers then right click on printer and click on printing preference. Click on 'User Defined Paper" ,type any name for paper in new name. Here You can set customized paper size and margin as per your requirement.

@@SolveIT_pc yes. Its print was always unreadable especially in digits. Example be like that an eight looks like zero due to the missing lines when printing. I can't explain it well, I'm not well verse when it comes to technology. Sorry😅

Printer settings are ok. This is due to printer head pin damage. Go to printer repairing shop. Don't forget to Like and subscribe.

@@SolveIT_pc Hi, same problem with us. We already used the roman and/or san serif, but it is still very thick.

This could be due to high pressure of printer head. Once try to change printer head pressure by using printer head pressure gear located in left side.

Change the following Data length 8 bit Parity none Then check character table and international character set for italic table.

In this printer you may change PITCH 10 CPI to 20 CPI(Character per inch) but no any direct option for font size. Use printer setting in your computer to change font size.

I don't know it will work for that or not. Try to print with thik paper like photo paper and set head adjust lever at dark.

go to printer setting. then change pitch to 10 CPI.
