If I've real mango. When and How to add it?
I’ve heard that you have to use a lot to not make it taste to easy mango, 300g/L👍 I also know people using around 150g/L and getting the results they want. Its a matter of your taste. You can add it during late boil, but this will take some of the taste away also. Or you can add it during fermenting like i do with the ‘essense’. If under fermenting, you should do it after a couple of days fermenting😎 Either way, you should cut the mango up into dices to get as much taste as possible out of the fruit. Let me know your result!🍻
@@SimenKallevig I've done it with wheat beer. 3 days after pitching yeast. 3 kg of fresh blended mango to 16 liters of beer. It turned out like fresh mango + little pickled mango + sour mango. If it's has a little sweetness it'll be great. I live in Thailand. Mango is cheap like 1 kg for $1.

I tried a few Mango IPA recipes with mixed results but this one looks very promising. The NEIPA/jucy style seems to be the best way to go. Thx, great video as always.
