1. SITUATION
Six squadron’s A-10Cs are now safe on the ground in Kobuleti AB and all
the crucial equipment and munitions brought onboard C-130 transport
planes have been unloaded. The major part of the supplies and heavy
vehicles have arrived in Batumi onboard a freighter from Aviano, Italy and
will be transported to Kobuleti by a special convoy.
a) Enemy forces
Unknown. Possibility of IEDs or small armed groups attacking the convoy
cannot be ruled out.
b) Friendly forces
Two A-10Cs (Callsign DODGE 01) will provide overwatch during the
