Drivers need to read the Highway Code, you need to give at least 1.5 metres of space when overtaking a cyclist at speeds of up to 30mph and you need to give them even more space at speeds of over 30mph, treat them as if they were a car, that’s the space you need to give them, just remember, they could wobble and fall off of their bike, if you hurt a cyclist you’ll have to live with it for the rest of your life.

You're really complaining that she drove exactly as would be expected? I would definitely not say it is "Normal" to let someone else out. You complaining about this just makes you come across super entitled. Stick to complaining about actual issues rather than making them up and maybe people will have some more sympathy for you and other cyclists.

So, you left Belvedere Drive heading towards Chorley town centre and according to your video timestamp the car took almost exactly 5 seconds to cover the distance from passing Belvedere Junction to the moment he started to pass you 62m along, just after Sandringham Road. That's 12.4m/s = 27.74mph and using the road markings for width, his offside wheel is 420cm from the kerb in a car that's 182cm wide - so there's 238cm for you. Based on that, the speed statement is just a fundamental lie and the space is the only thing that's slightly marginal. And in case you're wondering, some of us motorists are also cyclists AND we're fed up with being vilified pointlessly.

The numb brain cyclist needs to know the law. No one was in the cycle lane and the line is dotted. The truck pulled into it quiet legally. Looking at the video, it was probably out side peak hours so the bus lane is also available to be used. Just another typical cyclist who thinks he knows better than everyone else.
