Road tyres(high speed e.g. Zoom plus or zapper FM) in front and all terrain tires like Gripp XL is the best combination for city, poor patches, mild off-roading based on my experience. Gripp XL on front is bound to make your vehicle wobble and is a wrong option unless you ae hardcore off-roader. Given the weight & dynamics of vehicle especially old classic especially one without ABS, i feel high-speed tires like zoom plus/zapper c doesn't gives confidence in rear and often slip in dry conditions as well as wet even in city.
