I also have IBS, Gina. I don't get near chocolate. Also, my GI doctor told me to have real sugar and stay away from anything artificially sweetened. It can upset your GI tract.

Yes we've had recalls on everything except the carrots. They weren't in our area. I can't wait till I can start to grow my own again. I start my lettuce pretty soon.
