Raw cacao brownie (vegan & raw desserts)
We have always loved the chocolate brownie so much but then hey i want a vegan version for the same !!!
Worry not , here i have a vegan + raw cacao brownie that’s is so irresistible and you’ll fall in love with this version of brownie with the very first bite
Recipe -
For the base
Dates soaked (4hours) - 450 gms
Chopped walnuts -25 gms
Unsweetened Raw cacao powder - 25gms
Almond flour/powder- 50gms
For the sauce
Cacao powder - 20gms
Jaggery syrup/organic coconut flower syrup/maple syrup - 60ml
Method-
For the base
1. Puree the dates into a thick paste
2. Add the dry ingredients in a bowl
3. Add the dates paste to the dry mix
4. Mix well
5. Line. Cake tin with cling film ( if you have a cake tin wit...
