I didn't really like Abigail, it was kinda all over the place ig. I feel like it would have been better if she was just a crazy assassin or something cuz at the end i feel like it just falls apart and the writers were just doing shit as they go.

Until dawn! The quarry wasn't scary to me. Until dawn gave me nightmates! Until dawn was scary from the music, the jumpscares, josh clown, finding out that happened to Beth and Hannah. The qtes are wayyy better them the quarry qtes. The wendigos are scary. The werewolves was a nice design but I they weren’t as scary. In my opinion even house of ashes was scarier.

Until Dawn, cause unlike The Quarry, when it was trying to be serious, I could actually take it seriously, when it was being dumb, it felt like it was on purpose.

If the Dylan and Ryan relationship actually had the option to progress like the straight relationship options, the Quarry would have won. But, since it's just unresolvable teasing, Until Dawn wins.

So I actually agree with this video I have much better memory's with the quarry I'm a sucker for a wear wolf creature feature and summer time slashers so this game spoke to my soul but the ending fell short for me that's the only bad thing I had to say about it

I think both are really great games, but I think Until Dawn surpasses The Quarry when it comes to end credits of both games. At first, I didn’t mind the podcast at the end of The Quarry, but then I saw the Until Dawn interrogations and then I changed my mind and wished Supermassive had gone with the interrogations for The Quarry too. I think it would’ve been interesting to see how the characters reacts differently based on choices the player has made and with the scripted events (i.e. Laura accidentally killing Kaylee) similarly to the characters in Until Dawn.

But if the quarry was the first game and not until dawn, then everyone would choose the quarry, I haven't played with until dawn yet, so the quarry is better for me

I think Until Dawns story is more realistic, but the gameplay is superior in that same way for The Quarry

Both were really good and until was literally revolutionary in the gaming industry. I personally do think the quarry is more my taste rather than until dawn. My main reason are the characters. Until dawn had the classic stereotype of each character. Sam being the heroic female protagonist, Mike being the “hero” of the game, Ashley being the quiet reclusive girl, Chris being the nerd, Matt being the jock, Emily being the mean girl, Josh being the psychotic antagonist, and Jessica being the flirty girl. However in the quarry the characters had more depth to them and you actually start building attachments to the characters. I also really like that you can change outfits in the quarry. Also the quarry was way more story focused and not necessarily gameplay focused. Also in the quarry your actions actually did have consequences unlike in until dawn how you will get the same outcome no matter what you do. So in my opinion the quarry did steal my heart more. The only thing I was upset about is that for the 80’s outfits they gave Emma and Jacob the cutest ones just for them to change clothes after chapter 3 lol.

I feel like the quarry is a parody because of how bad the acting is and how poor the dialogue is and some of the choices are dumb but overall I like the game enough, but it’s not a “great game” like ppl claim it is. Until dawn isn’t a masterpiece but it wins by a landslide.

The quarry is the reason I left my home of florida and went up 2 years in a row to new york state in summer to be a camp counseler. Stuff like Friday the 13th. The quarry and Sleepaway camp. I love Summer Camp horror

TBH I absolutely HATE Emily. She is such a bitch to everyone, even her boyfriend. And then she goes off to hug Mike right after she called Matt sexy. Like jeez girl your still in love w mike. My feelings didn't change toward the end of the game. Emily's slap is god tier tho lmfao

The Quarry's characters are so easy to like that it kind of takes the fun out of it. In Until Dawn most of the cast is not that sympathetic and it adds gravitas imo

I love the Quarry very much, but Until Dawn was way better in my experience. The horror and the jumpscares in Until Dawn felt really good and actually scared me on my first playthrough. The Quarry also felt very similar to Until Dawn in some ways, but i didn’t hate it at all. Until Dawn was just something that did better on horror and crazy enough, i think Until Dawn has much better reaction and facial expressions than The Quarry

My favorite part of the movie was when they all hugged at the end and said”wow this war truly has been civil”
