I agree that Be the witness is the age old wisdom taught by the great Indian Vedic Sages. Its very good indeed. But it is possible to watch the thoughts. It is possible to shift your focus. Our focus and feeling good has power of creation. You are the creation of the nature. A Natural creation. Creation by The Infinite Intelligence. We all are perfect now. The life in itself do not judge no one, is my study and experience. To seek to rise above the suffering, seeking joy is natural. No one needs to be blamed or told must do this or that. There is no need to criticise people for the way they are. However some of us can decide to say this is good and that is bad, you should do this and should not do that. Yes we do have freedom that some of us can say this way of living is right way of living. Because if see from the existential point of view, we all are perfect now and here.
