    I literally have no idea what this woman is talking about? Genies, genus’s, what? 🤷🏾‍♂️ I really don’t know what these guys are talking about. If one more person (especially Black person) mentions the government as the answer to shorten the wealth gap I’m going to pull my hair out. Government IS NOT the answer. Building wealth is just like losing weight. It’s behavioral. How they can speak all this time and not mention ANYTHING about the individuals habits & behavior is so wild to me. Giving Black people with poor mindsets, habits & behavior more money from the government and thinking we are going to automatically do the things to build wealth is like me giving a fat person with a poor mindset, habits and behaviors a whole bunch of apple pies and expecting they’re going to go on a diet. I don’t know how folks get invited on panels like this. I bet you neither one of these two actually has any wealth or have created much wealth which is why they’re suggesting such tomfoolery.. The only way it’s going to change is if Black culture, mindset, habits & behaviors change. That’s where we ought to be focusing.

    Access to capital is still the biggest challenge for black founders and if the underwriter for a financial institution told me the truth on a recent call, then all they look at is credit and cash flow of the business.
