My tip for playing consistent is too play as much as you can so you can gain knowledge in knowing what to do and how to do. As for brightness, I'm just on 50 but I think 50-60 is the sweet spot as I used to use 55.

How do you make those micro adjustments with 1:1 sens I can never make those so I struggle to fight people too far away from me
You gotta know how to use your arm and wrist. It’s easier to make micro adjustments on slower sens. For example if someone is close and you have to make a big flick then use your arm, but if someone is far or close to your reticle you make the micro adjustment using your wrist or finger.

Have you noticed that the metal floor beams usually run in the North-South direction on most maps?

It should be 200 for all and 158 for 12x. I recommend not playing 1:1 for 4x and above though
for 2.5x: it's 141-142 (perfect 360), but aiming is inconsistant (too fast), i found that 102-103 for 2.5x has the best 1:1 feeling

200. It’s technically higher than 200, but ofc you can’t go any higher.
this is not 1:1 your ads sens is too fast, it is actually a lot faster than your hipfire sense

I played kovaak, but it seemed to me that there were not much results, but today I noticed that in aiming the sense below, I started looking for values and setting yours, it suddenly seemed to me that it was faster, although maybe I was just unaccustomed to this in r6, it also turned out that I did not effectively use kovaak because of the difference in sense ( zoom )
