My very first Millers Downwind Run, from Millers to Fish Hoek, unfortunately the wind was very light but none the less a great experience.

This is the last two and a half minutes of a ten minute tussle I had with a yellow tail while fishing off my kayak. Apologies for the huffing and puffing, it was a long battle . Next time I will be sure my gaff is ready!!!!!!

10 mates, 8 on bikes (BMW and KTM) and 2 in support vehicles tackle 19 mountain passes over five days. Day one Stilbaai to Ceres, day two to Doringbaai, day three to Tankwa Karoo, day four to Prince Albert and day five back to Stilbaai. Thanks Jean for the footage!!!!
Hammerhead shark bites kayak Fishermans catch in half!

On Sunday while out kayak fishing for Bonita off the southern cape coast in South Africa as I was about to bring my catch close enough to me to land it this huge hammerhead shark came out of nowhere and smashed it! I was flabbergasted to say the least.

This extraordinary battle till death took place on my front lawn a while ago and although the quality it not great as I used a mobile phone to record it still gives one an idea what happens in nature. These things happen so unexpectedly and can be over before you've blinked I didn't have time to get a camera. Thanks for watching.
Stealth Kayak fishing trip off Stilbaai, SA produces a Black Musselcracker/Poenskop, what a fight!

After two previous trips producing only small red fish this Black Musselcracker/Poenskop I caught while Kayak fishing from my Stealth yesterday off Stilbaai more than made up for the previous blanks. It’s weight 12,6 kg and 82cm in length. Great fight which lasted 6 minutes hence the huffing and puffing 🤣🤣🤣
