Do not worry about weight being the cause of your back pain. This is not necessarily true. I lost a lot of weight years ago through fasting. Even though I am 57 kilos, I experience horrific back pain. This is due to female hormones.

This is a beautiful journal of poems. It reminds me of the 1990s and the scrapbooks girls created in Victorian/Hole/Grunge era. It also reminds me of the band Rasputina.

I love all of the beautiful colors. I also love cottages and gardens - anything Victorian. I love the large pack of needlepoint / gobelin threads that you showed. I also have a large bag like that of all kinds of threads that are left from the needlepoint kits. I am loving my needlepoint, especially during fall and winter. I will also be re-doing and adding more flowers to my garden next year, but like you said, it does cost money. I will see if I will be able to do it. I would like to have vegetables again and so much more.
