Can you please qualify the resolution improvement? It’s not enough to just show the images.
@@NemosRUclips this images are from SIM with resolution of 110 nm.
@@thinkscope1091 how do you know it is 110 nm? How did you calculate/measure that value from the image?
@@NemosRUclips There are many software options available to measure resolution by drawing a profile and selecting a region of interest (ROI).
@@Imagination_Microscopy that is not a reliable method to quantify super-resolution, at least not without averaging over many measurements and stating the variance in the average. But if that’s the method you prefer, I’d like to see that measurement demonstrated with this instrument.
Sir, you've done a great job of demonstrating the acqusition of an Airyscan image - thank you! However, the improvement in image resolution is not very convincing. The Airyscan image just looks like a smoothed image with empty magnification. Can you quantitatively prove the resolution improvement?

Super resolution images have better resolution than confocal.
