Pestan's Quality Control Room For PPR quality insurance, Pestan is following ISO 15874 procedure: - Dimension Analysis - Pressure - Charpy's Impact Strength - Linear Expansion and MFR (Met Flow Rate) - Visual Inspection In addition, Pestan follows ASTM F2389, which also requires Oxidation Indication.

It's impossible to have pinholes if connection is done correctly, since it is 100% molecular bond between fitting and pipe. In other words they become one. In addition, there is more plastic at the joint since feedings are beefed up (more plastic = less chance of failure).

David, it is impossible to separate fitting from pipe since this is 100% molecular bond, meaning, fitting and pipe become as one homogeneous part.
