Finally, that time of the year! I finally finished school, and I'm about to enter university. This year has been hard, a lot of work has been done, but I'm totally satisfied with it, and I'm very happy. I'll try to make this a christmas tradition, making at least one remake in december per year, and it will be collabs. Where is they best place to buy plarail trains?
The most popular one is eBay if you're not from Japan. In eBay there's a store called "Stampplarailstore", it has decent prices, with excellent condition trains. Once I bought a Talk N' Action Japanese Thomas, and I had 0 problems. Personally, I don't buy from there anymore, but I recommend you to look for it. There's also another store in eBay called "Luxurythomas", he is from Australia, he has decent prices and he's a really kind seller, you'll have no problrms with him. You could also take a look to Yahoo.jp auctions, it's a japanese auction site. You can find pricey stuff for cheap, the only problem is that you have to contact the seller to accord a shipping for overseas, if you're not from Japan. Hope this helps you! :)

Guys, after taking mind-numbing history lessons, I learned the culprit was capitalism (basically something that depends on who wants a thing, and the prices change only under the rule of private business.) Basically since a lot of people craved Tomy Oliver so much, they increased the price. Luckily I know a way to get a Tomy Oliver for cheap. Just act like nobody loves him, and convince everyone else to do the same. They’ll eventually stop selling it for a high price. In a recap: No, Oliver is not a Rare item. Example: Now a days the TWR 100 piece set is extremely rare because of it's nature and not commonly found. Thats a good example of something Rare.
Tomy Oliver is rare. Not many people own it.
Tecnically, it isn't. As it was mass-produced, there's lot of Oliver's around the world, it in the countries it got released, it was a common item, before ebay
Not to mention that you can find lots of listings of Oliver, proving that it is common.

Well if you don't live in America then you don't know the full on prices on eBay I can only find it for either $125 $150 or close to $200 or 500 so for you finding it that cheap is full on impossible for us Americans in the eBay that we searched on because for some reason I think you search on a different eBay for 6 bucks
I found my Oliver in Facebook Marketplace in 2021, I recomend you to search there, it's a mine of gold! And in a lot of cases, really cheap! (P.s I love your pfp LOL)

Tomy Oliver is not rare the toughest engine to get is Tomy Douglas by himself tbh because he was not released on his own like they did with Donald and the same with bill

Tho Plarail did intend on releasing Douglas by himself in the late 90s, but it was cancelled and he was released in a set with Donald instead.
