I love Whitney’s voice. It has a bell tone that not many female singers have and her range is incredible. Even at this lower register, her upper range all but gone, along with her confidence. This song I Look To You was written especially for Whitney by R. Kelly. One has to wonder how a man can write as beautiful a song as this and yet commit such atrocities against other human beings. It is the saddest question in life that I have pondered since as long as I can remember. I think both Whitney and George searched for the answer as well. Never hurting anyone but themselves until their bodies gave out. RIP bluebirds. I hope flight is as exhilarating as I imagine it to be.

He was so right too about meeting people you admire - My personal mantra is "separate the artist from the art" because, so often, the artist will be disappointing or even worse (as was my experience) - But, I do think George, of all artists I admire and love their work is one person I would have loved to sit down, have a meal with and chat about life, his incredible insights into music and the music industry and just the world. Not larger than life, just an incredibly smart, astute, kind, humane man that, regardless of what he did for a living, would be delightful to talk with....He is so terribly missed ❤

Whomever made a comment about the music the background I 💯 because he was being polite, respectful and honest and that was plain rude! OMG, playing MJ in the background was the worst and I was a teenage fan of his but as GM why would an interviewer be so senseless!!
