Wow this exactly how one of my chicks were and funny enough that is exactly what I did but with string and not for 24 hours, it's been now 48 hours. I thought I being brutal and I came to search what to do here on RUclips, thanks guys for sharing this wonderful videos they really make a massive difference ❤❤❤.

I tried this and it worked. This happens to me quite often and I snake it and eventually it clears. The last time I tried the Dawn and it was perfect. Thank you sir. What actually does the Dawn to make this clear up and flush normally?

We tried to make it as shown in the video Problem : when we fill it the water keeps coming out of the hole and Finally the water runs over... What can be the reason Is the hole too big Can it be that the top is not closed 100 % Other?

Terrible shipping even though they made it to you. You got incredibly lucky. They should be packed into foam egg holders anf then double boxed with peanuts and or foam to cradle to inside box so the eggs have a large shock absorber around them. Glad they worked out for you but man i would not buy from that shipper personally. Hatching eggs are WAY to expensive for the risk of shipping damages to be higher then necessary. Of course ny opinion but Im not paying 65-120 per dozen for hatching eggs that the breeder doesn't take every possible precaution to insure they survive shipping with minimal damage.

I was skeptical because these things never seem to work out for me, but it actually worked immediately(after 10 min) after spending about an hour of plunging and praying this morning. It worked! Oh glorious day it worked! Now everyone in my home knows..it worked! The neighbors may have even heard the outstanding golden news! After 10 min, the water level was still high. I used the plunger about 30 sec, gave up...as i turned to walk away, it suddenly flushed!! Flush after flush...I know i shouldn't waste water, but the flush sound is now legitimately therapeutic for me☝️

What size hole saw did you use? I seen other vids saying they reduce by 1/8 to make it tighter or did you happen to just use a 3" with success?

You’re a genius! I’ve hung 5 KW cages from the roof of my chicken run. Shade, ventilation on 4 sides and serious predator protection - it was a good start. Way too much cage movement tho - so I zip-tied the back of cages to the hardware cloth wall of the chicken run. Zip ties break rather frequently! I’ve been racking my 3 brain cells to find a better solution. I’m rather in love with what you’ve done here! You’ve got an engineer brain. I do NOT🤣 Wondering if I can screw a horizontal piece of metal across the chicken run supports. My idea is to be able to remove the cages once or twice a year to hose’ em down. Then return by “hooking” them onto something in the back and clicking the front back onto the chains. I’ve got a lot of rabbit fur that stuck to the hardware cloth behind the cages…ew. Must do mntc cleaning. LOVE your manure collection. What kind of bins are those? They are not very deep and appear to be manageable for my teeny hands and old-lady strength. Thank you for this video - I appreciate the ideas you’ve given me today.

Just out of curiosity does this work long term. I have lost maybe 3-4 chicks to this in the past not knowing that there was a fix. I have a current cute lil baby chick born 2 days ago that has splay leg were giving it a try. Hopefully it works because neither myself or wifey want to lose it our birds are kinda like family❤
