Very safe state very little crime, friendly culture. The only thing bad about Vermont are the taxes and the frigid winters are very cold and very long!

If you have lots of money and don't mind spending it then VERMONT is the place to be

I love Vermont ! Either moving to Vermont or Maine in the near future. I’m so tired of Texas hot weather especially our summers. I’m not liberal at all but republican but that will not stop me from moving. As a Christian, I love all 🤍

Here’s the thing - 1. We don’t want to waste time (yours or mine). 2. We don’t want to show you a home, have you fall in love, and then find out you can’t afford it. 3. You may be able to afford MORE than you thought (doesn’t mean you need to max out, but it may open more doors). Take the guesswork out, chat with a lender.

I rented a condo once that belonged to a HOA --- they actually sent me a written warning that only white lights were allowed for Xmas decorations --- no COLORS
Oof - the rules some of these HOA’s have are outrageous.

I’m not disagreeing the housing pricing is out of control - not sure where you’re from but our rental situation is even worse.
How about accepting a job that pays twice as much? My back wouldn't approve our loan if my wife took a new job even though it paid twice get current salary! So we just waited until after closing 😂

We find many people choose to hold off on some bills in order to save as much cash on hand for their home purchase, not knowing it’s detrimental to their loan process. I’m sorry you feel you haven’t gotten any value from anyone in real estate - sounds like you’re talking with the wrong people.

That’s fair - it’s not a “park” and it’s on 2+ acres but the property is split by the road. However, it has 180’ of lake frontage. Just posted part 2 if you’d like to see.
