Kirkabister? Planning a trip up that way mid-summer.
No this was bressay, the last video i put up was much better conditions for rock hopping. Are you up mid summer for the symposium?
@@shetlandkayaker Surely Kirkabister Ness, under the lighthouse? I already know Bressay quite well. I’m not really a rock penguin. I noticed the Sympo was mostly skills training. Me and my local club mates are after experiential day-trips over about a week. Probs last week of June.

@@shetlandkayaker Will do. I’ve done a short evening paddle with the bods out of Nesting a couple of years ago. Have friends who are residents of Lerwick. Cheers for now.
This reminds me of big jumps on the mountain bike trails. Yeah, it’s fun and all, but not really worth the risk in my opinion. Still, watching it makes me want to get out on the water for sure!
