Thank you for your Video! I ordered the Karve CB with OC and G-Plate a few weeks ago. Handle will be 3.25“ with Guilloche pattern. It will be my first Karve Razor and my first Razor that’s made out of brass. Is the level of aggressiveness comparable to the Mühle R41? Greetings from the North of Germany

Outstanding lather and that razor really speaks to me. I could not find this razor on the Ali Express site.

I wanted the brass AC razor but all that was left was the SS version. I like it but I like the Alpha Spirit AC razor even better.

I have a Yates Merica in brass and I agree, the weight just makes it cut so much easier. My only issue with brass is keeping it looking good. After a week or two it starts looking funky and needs to be polished.

I've just purchased this razor and yes it is very mild but wow it gives a great 2 pass. I use the Parker blades

That beard was a good test. I had 23C but I gave it to my brother-in-law to get him into traditional shaving. Works well.

Really like the Rex blade I am very impressed and also they may seem more expensive, but the number of shaves you get from each blade makes them just as economical as any others I have used. Matt at razor emporium said a butterfly adjustable from Rex is his main focus now.

When you went down and then back up, I was like, I think he noticed, and then you started to lather up for the second pass. That sounds like a terrific scent. A soap that lasts forever is just what hobbiests, who already have too much soap, need. That Denton Majik model of smaller soap/splash options seems like a great idea.

That's a razor I regret not buying when there was an Amazon special a couple of years ago.

Nice shave. The H plate is my favorite plate on the 921 although the other 2 have their place. I got a Ti Merica on order for a bit - should hopefully ship soon.

That razor and stand are keepers. Tiger blades are my current favorites. I thought you were going loose the beard. It's so hot in the Houston area now, the thought of facial hair is off putting.

Hi buddy, Which razor do you prefer, the Karve Overlander or the Shield AC? Are they just as smooth and efficient? Thanks for the videos. I enjoy watching them.

That steep angle on the first pass where you're riding that guard too much is scraping the razor across your face instead of slicing and if you have sensitive skin, you're going to suffer. I would seriously reduce that, and have it where the cap, guard and razor are inline, more or less.

Nicely shaved. Knots have gotten so big that many bowls are on the small side. I remember when 24mm was massive.

Hoping to see my Merica razor be done in the next two days... been waiting since May for it. Went up to The Razor Company in Sylvan Lake and picked up A&E Spartacus and Watermelon, Shannon's Soaps Cucumber Lime, and a few packs of blades. Really liking DE shaving so far

That growth, stood no chance against that razor and blade combo, on that first pass! Great shave:)

I bought the shield ac razor after the owner mike promised he'd send one that fits p30 blades. I received a razor with a p30 jammed in it... had to be removed with a screwdriver. No help from mike when I contacted him after, he called me a liar rather than offer solutions.

I had the mild and medium Al13 but ended up returning the mild as the medium was more efficient, needed fewer strokes and passes while feeling somewhat similar in comfort. However, I have been considering trying out the aggressive Al13. Wondering if you had any insights on using medium vs aggressive for someone who shaves daily + doesn't have sensitive skin.
