@ have you tried fishing next to the dam wall? There are some nice and deep spots there, take a popper with, often you can see the barbel, makes for a fun fight.

Hi man, this is Ida's Valley Dams, it's a lekka spot and not fished much. However we had to learn the hard way that the area its in is dangerous, we got approached by a couple men on the one outing and had our car broken into on another. If you go fish there, go with friends and take a knife or pepper spray with you for protection. Tight lines
