Thanks for this information, but In your first example, 0:55 you said ANYONE can file a deed on your property, but as long as it’s not in your signature, you don’t have to worry. But what would happen if they were able to duplicate your signature? And then later on, at 3:28, you say there’s no Notary that would participate in this fraudulent activity. So I guess that must be the only profession where everybody is 100% honest? Someone could take a weekend course, and be a notary. And someone who is fraudulent, can be a “witness”for free.

John, I think you should go ahead as you suggested, and try to get that title for 1500 Pennsylvania Ave. Let's face it, pretty much ANYBODY would be an improvement on the current occupant. That might be the only reason to go for Home Title Fraud that I can think of.

Home Title Lock is a scam. As a title expert called it, “it’s like getting rattle snake insurance in the Arctic.” These Title Lock bozos have figured out an unethical way to scare people, a classic way of separating people from their money. Most warranties are nearly as worthless.

I live in Fallon, NV. On 12-2021, my taxes were paid up only owed the current quarter. JAN 2022, my property was seized for fake taxes owed. They added late charges,fees, and next year's taxes, which were not due until July 2022. We are still fighting to get my 30-acre property put back into our name. They didn't even send me the notice they sent it to the deseased previous owner name. Absolute fraud!!!! Local Good Ole Boys, aka invited white males, decided they want my property. They have set 6 fires and killed over 100 of our livestock animals . Vandalismed my vehicles several times, and my home is practically destroyed. Every day it a battle. We've been to court 5 times, which was all ruled in my favor. So they keep trying to find other ways.

I’m just very disappointed in the host of the recent 30 minute show on TV about the Home Title Lock ad. He is famous and this is not showing him in a credible light. I watched the ad and did what I always do with information. I investigated it myself and saw John’s RUclips and also another title person say how this company is selling “so called insurance to protect your home”. People are filled with so much fear anymore and it breaks my heart that they just hop on the phone and sign up without checking out any information. The show shows a person saying they were previously with the FBI but then later there was a comment in almost invisible print saying the FBI or the Justice Department does not endorse this company. That was a red flag for me. And before someone makes a statement on here regarding the elderly are vulnerable for this kind of ad that causes fear, just so you all know I’m going to be 80 years old in one month. We all need to keep our eyes open and check things out before signing on the dotted line. Thank you Fox News are airing this video. Great job!!!

John, my 92-year-old mother called me last night after a Home Title Lock commercial. She was just worried sick that someone would change her deed, sell her property, and put her out on the street. It's such a shame that there are people who gladly sell fear just to make a buck. Thanks for the info.

Wages are not keeping up with rents/mortgages. How can you afford to rent or even buy a home if you don't even make 15$/hr? Atlanta metro has depressed wages and high rents are not helping.

You are 100% right on what you had said on HOME TITLE LOCK ,it is a scam I had been there.

It is a scam....they basically do what you can do, which is go online and monitor your deed info.

Thank you for this. Home Title Lock is constantly using scare tactics on WBAP Dallas/ Fort Worth, and various radio stations. Do those stations endorse this? It seems though they do. Don't they see it seems like fraudulent tactics?

Question, how about the lady in the commercial who said one day the police showed up and removed her and her family from their home because they didn't own the house anymore? My mom and dad transferred (through an attorney) ownership of the house to me. My dad is deceased but my mom still lives there but the house is in my name. We did this 6 years ago so if my mom had to go to a nursing home, the nursing home wouldn't take the house. What about that lady's story from the commercial?

I always see these commercials and think wow, so you falsify a document, that is too bad for the bank but doesnt affect me, who has tons of documents proving ive bought this property over years of payments

HomeTitleLock folks claim someone can then take a loan out on your home for which you are responsible. Is that true?.

It is not a scam but why pay for something you could do yourself for free but probably never will.

My first thought was blue acara's that haven't produced any color yet....but after doing research, Platinum acara's do exist, they have the same blue acara body shape and the same juvenile look, but produce a platinum looking color instead of the normal blue acara's blue!

John, Your comments on CNN are wrong. 1. "max debt ratio is not 43%." Conv goes to 45% and FHA goes to 50%. 2. "a 'large chunk' of down payment and 'solid gold prestine credit' is required". Not true...3.5%-5% down is fine, with scores down to 620. 3. "You said those underwater cannot refinance"....Not true again, HARP program we can refinance up to a 175% LTV. 4. "jumbo limit is $340,000". Missed again, it is $417,000. Please provide accurate info.
