SydNYE 2025 Midnight Fireworks (Edited) | Lumix S5II
Here's the Midnight display taken from the Tall Ship James Craig. Unfortunately, I had to truncate this one as the ship decided to steer at a bad angle, obstructing the last 3 minutes of the display. Happy Quarter Century!

This year's display was titled "Buried Country", it pays tribute to Pemulwuy, one of the most famous Aboriginal resistance fighters of the colonial era. Synchronized to the official soundtrack composed by 18YOMAN (Vincent Goodyear) & rapper Nooky. Taken from the Opera House Western Boardwalk.

Your footage is one of the best out there, what location will you be recording this year? And I love how you added the soundtrack, what a high quality, immersive experience!
Thanks a bunch! This year's location will be a bit of a surprise, as it'll mark the very first time I've not gone to the Opera House for NYE. Let's just say there will be two different views for both displays, so switching things up a bit. Hopefully by 2025, I'll post more archive displays taken at the Northern Forecourt.
