I believe I recognize seeing you at one point during the day! It was our first Mardi Gras as well! So we were bouncing all over the park trying all the different booths! Catch you around! 😃
And the great thing about the booths is, no messy, hard to eat crab legs like Epcot! The food was delicious.

The bruschetta you eat at home is made with tomatoes but is basically bread, olive oil and garlic and can be made with varied toppings. The cheese you get on a charcuterie at home is Brie .😀
