You mean set after Defiance? Or set between Blood Omen 2 and Soul Reaver 1? Cause idk much about Blood Omen 1 & 2 (trying to get into them, but the gameplay in 1 is so difficult to get into, and 2 feels too outdated, even for someone who started gaming when the Megadrive was new) but wouldn't that be set during the time when Kain was the undisputed ruler of Nosgoth? Like as far as I can tell, there was no period between the two games where he got weakened again, so he would be insanely OP and have a huge vampire military backing him.

i got it on DVD back in 2007 or 2008, and the mod you can download it from free from nexusmods

I have played only the PS2 version so i can't say if there are differences

Sadly from what I've read (and they might of made it clear at the end of Defiance, but I can't remember), they intended the next Soul Reaver/Legacy of Kain game to be all about Kain taking down The Elder God, aaaand since the main thing about The Elder God was his iconic voice, and since the voice actor died, it made a sequel feel either nearly impossible, or insulting to his memory. I feel like if we ever did get a sequel, it would have to be either some kind of prequel (which feels really hard to do with how heavily both Kain and Raziel's backstory was already explored, with human Kain being a wimpy noble and Human Raziel being a 2 dimensional anti-vampire zealot dick and vampire Raziel being an obedient slave to Kain. Only way vampire raziel could be fun, is if he had his wings, but he had to have only had them for a day or two before he told Kain, since they would of been very hard to hide, and he was so obedient) or it'd have to be a time skip to after Kain already defeated the Elder God, which just feels like a slap in the face. (kinda like how the 2nd to last Screen Gem Resident Evil movie ended with the promise of an epic last stand with everyone's favourite characters fighting together, then the next movie started where the fight had already ended, and everyone but Alice was either already dead and forgotten, or had left)

It is, post silent patch and fusion fix mods. Theres no ps/360 buttons for the hud tho, so u may need to know the console layout before using gamepad on pc

do you play it on PS2 or emulator like pcsx2? If you play it on pcsx2 you might get annoying micro stutters. Try changing the renderer and enable "Sync to Host Refresh Rate" under Emulation

@@TheRetroBumblebee PS2, real hardware :) Even that version has micro stutters and low framerate
