how fast are you running those bits?

i consider myself good with a grinder and a dremel. i can cut lines straight like that. but i’m positive i couldn’t keep the depth of that groove that uniform in plastic. that’s baller

That's an amazing job for having been done by hand, I would still prefer laser stippling.

Do you have a specialty tip in your burner to do the stippling or is it just a pointed one.

What is a good temp for stippling?

Just a word of advice. If you don’t have the tools, a steady hand or the patience, maybe this isn’t for you. Maybe even buy a junk or toy or airsoft gun to practice on first.
