I started this channel to document my journey as I learn Spanish. As someone with dyslexia, I approach language learning a bit differently, which may mean it takes me longer to progress. However, I’m exploring all kinds of tools and techniques, including language apps, games, Omegle, italki, and more, to improve my Spanish skills. Join me on this unique learning adventure!

In this Spanish lesson, I have another great conversation with my teacher, María, from Bogotá, Colombia. We discuss various topics, including the challenges of moving to the countryside, the incredible survival story of lost children in the jungle, and the powerful effects of ayahuasca. We also explore Colombia’s vibrant Carnaval de Negros y Blancos and its cultural significance.
