We went there originally in May of 2019,,,, loved our experience so much we got the opportunity to return in November 2019 and did so What a great time we had! This was the 5th different resort we have stayed at over the years in Mexico and by far the best...Plan to return again... Liked your video. was very good!

We visited the Yucatan 2 times in 2019 May and November... and both times we stayed in Building 6 as we can see you did,,... Our rooms were exactly what we paid for which was a garden view room...No problems at all... Matter of fact we loved it so much we plan to go back this fall in November.2020.. Rooms in this bldg that face the back of the bldg... get to see Monkeys visiting them on their balcony from time to time. An added feature..... The Yucatan is a fantastic place for a vacation.... great food... nice drinks... super helpful staff and very convenient to the many things that Playa Del Carmen has to offer... We enjoyed your video!
