Blizzard as you say haven't done this map. This is a map edited by some player ( Ecko) as Dota was an edited map from Eul, Guinsoo and Ice.

Not even the moba genre started with Aeon of strife in sc1, same as dota it was created by random people and not blizzard people. If you mean they used blizzard things like graphics... yes.
