Nah, destroying turrets is very worth it. You get iron, aluminium and steel by recycling those parts... you just havent found an economical method like i did. An M16 with Drum mag, Sniper Shot, the muzzle brake idk what its called (the best mod for crits and stability) and the Red Laser for more crits. Sniper shot deals 5x the damage than a regular bullet while consuming only 2 bullets per ability so the bullet/damage economy is 2,5x more efficient. Sniper Shot has a 15s cooldown so its not bad at all. It deals 41 optimal dmg to regular turrets and 20-36 dmg (per optimal distance for crit) against heavy turrets. Clearing the ENTIRE bunker as well as 4th floor takes 1,5 M16s and clearing everything, yes even in the hard mode leaving NO ENTITY, ROOM or turret standing takes 3 m16s. As a result, i got 7 grenades from a normal bunker run and i'll see what the hard mode run gives. I also gain a floppy regularly every bunker reset. The only tight thing is i may struggle with melee weapons so Green PD cards it is for me. The loot behind the 4th floor turrets can be very good, a steel bar or a plate even. Is it worth wasting assault rifles? No. But it is worth it if you use my M16 configuration as it wont take more than a third of it's durability? Yes. Im not a youtuber but i did make a full video for my bunker clear. It did take over 1 hour lol so you may skip and see it for yourself how my strat looks like. I do have vommentary although ngl being my first time it was.... weird and confusing to talk ngl. Also this strat is for the mid to lategame players because assembling a Drum mag and a Sniper shot is a side quest, main mods take priority in assembling.
