This was something I put together super fast. Heard the beat in my head when I heard the sample and just ran with it. The Mkll's pattern sequencer is legit. Try it out.

Picked up the Yamaha PSS A50 for $80 on Reverb.com to pair with my 404mkll. I hope this video wasn't confusing... While working on the MKII, I've wondered at times why my drums have sounded waaaay to phat or a sample waaay to loud and it was because I was resampling an effect and still had the bus 3 and 4 fx's active while playing it back, thus having a doubling effect. Realizing how powerful that bus effect feature will be with the new 404! Could have used it on this beat. I also found out u can sample from usb and send audio thru usb!!!
