Early in my career, I saw many home selling processes undermined as a result of challenges specific to families in crisis. For example, I have seen one party list the house without knowledge of the other; one party interfere with preparing the house for sale by refusing to...

Besides Bill of Rights and Due Process. Contract Rights. Child Support is unlawful Bill of Attainder. And impairs the Obligation of Private Contrat Rights of the Parents. The State has no Constitional authority to force parents to contract with a privateTitle IV D angencies for service without consent. Title IV D Courts are not Article Ill court and do not have Article Ill Judges. Fake courts with Fake Judges. They need the parties contest for arbitration services. It's a Judge Judy Court! And any State Statue that threatens fine or imprisonment in exchange for consent for services is an unconstitutional State Bill of Attainder and violates 13th amendment probation against involuntary servitude without a criminal conviction. Basically Child Support is modern slavery.

child support in mass is hilarious - i took my childs mother to court for a dna test in 1995 - they ordered me to pay 62.50 a week against both ourwills, we were 16 years old. we both left the state , got married, had children with our respective families. and on my return i owed 189 thousand dollars, no show cause hearings, no reviews, no warrants - no tax intervention, no garnishing of waiges, no liceense revocation. the mother dismissed the entire debt - but the department of revenue is now charging me 91,200 dollars in unpaid arrears, fees, penalties and all for not doing a thing, despite not even living here. What they ended up doing is paying me and her 1.2 million in health insurance, unemployment, (over time), and my daughter is 28 married with kids of her own. nice system you got there , i dont work, i cant because of the debt - even tho i have a masters degree in computer science. to this day they STILL sharge me the same 62.50 a week, i just ignore them, i own a house in boston, IRA, early retirement fund, a pilots license, im registered to vote and on top of all that i just got called for jury duty. *claps* nice job guys. thanks for all that money, i cant imagine working anymore.

How can you honestly sit here and preach this bullshit 😂. The whole court system and "UNITED STATED" incorporated fucked every one over and forced/tricked us all into slaves via the 14th amendment

Child support is an absolute fraud under title 4D social security. Nothing but a fraudulent contract with no jurisdiction. Child support division is a private corperation working with court officials to get federal funding. Nothing to do with interest of the child 100% court officials have interest in this scam. Don't hire an attorney he is an official for the court and will not help you

People need to understand.... Child support is contract law / surety / U.C.C. That court has ZERO power should you decide to stop playing their game as an obligee... notice that word... obligee, you have surely seen it in your case files... it's important. Understand the separation of powers they are boldly violating, a violation that removes immunity. Do your research people...

It's amazing how Federal Title IV-D has evolved from a program to reimburse the states for food stamps and unemployment to an overused, income leveling, money maker. Parents who are willing, but not allowed by judges to raise their children, are victims of the corrupt family court/DOR relationship. With the feds backing, children of divorce in MA and elsewhere are pawns in a multi-billion dollar federally funded racketeering program. This interview gives me the creeps how nonchalantly the "guidelines" are discussed. "Understanding child support" should include judge attributing (i.e. fabricating) incomes and trafficking (children?) to age (23?) to maximize child support obligations and therefore DOR revenue passthrough. Under title IV-D the feds pay states to run these programs based on the child support they pass from one parent to another. Geoffrey E. Snyder, the commissioner of the MA department of revenue, uses fraudulently ordered child support and assignment of "non-custodial and primary parenting time" at the expense of children to balance the state budget. Prove me wrong Geoff. I'm right here.
