I'm into metal for almost 20 years and today discovered Atrophy for the 1st time, after listening to the 2 previous albums the band was added to my favorite thrash list
wow That's interesting ive been a fan since 1990, and they are coming out with a new one titled Asylum. I will be doing a Review for it when it comes out

god i love this album... i want to make music with my friends and i hope it sounds as chill and groovy as this.... that palm muting tone is so pleasant and nice breakdowns and everyone putting in some nice contribution to the music, so that it can be enjoyed when you have to play it.
