Where is this located in Hannover
Look like a good day
How do u kno where to pick from
Guy's phenomenally fast operating the truck & responding to the voice-pick/doing the picking. Must be paid per item. defo a job for the quick or the frozen, mind. Moving a conventional "steering wheel" LLOP would be far slower. I'be worried about denting the racking though. He's lucky he doesn't have to stack the items in an optimal way in one of three or four roll cages, though, that slows you right down
Man this gives me bad memories from AWG days in OKC. Worst job ever. Felt like I was in prison. Hated when they put me in the meat room with 100lb boxes. Also having to go to the freezer room and it was snowing half the time smh
idiot😂😂😂
Are you still selecting?
I work at Americold for 2 years now. It’s been very very bad, not because of anything about selecting but it’s the fact that we get sent home when there’s no more work. Sometimes 4 hours into our shift sometimes 6 sometimes 3. It sucks.
Looks lIke ConAgra
I swear...every warehouse always got them stair case, jenga ass pick pallets. 😂
i say where
Watch your foot
Where I live we’re getting $24/hr doing 13 hour days 4 times a week hard ass work but pay is every week
I worked in forklifting before, Counter balance, Order Picker, Etc, I couldnt last 3 months, people thought I was "Weak" but in reality, I already had 8 years of experience in Canadian Air force branch, Just because you resign a job quickly doesnt mean your lazy and weak, in my case it only means that I am an experienced professional military member not a forklifter. Note for everyone: Find what your good at, find where you can stay or had stayed longer and then do that Job, You must follow your heart, I am not a good Forklfter worker but I already proved to everyone to be a fine soldier!
Imagine the electric bill...😂😂😂😂
i do that at sysco
Does Sysco allow you to pull extra shifts? Can you offer to come in on your scheduled days off?
This job will numb your mind after a while. Seriously, only go to it as a LAST RESORT
Where is this food lion distribution
This is not tough work tbh. I'll send you work in a real freezer
Say again Say again. Talkman sleep lol. 6 years in a freezer 😆
I'm going through a transition in life and am considering a physical job since office work has made me overweight. So you think someone in their 40s can be a order selector?
Not a chance
It's a young person's job really. I was expected to do it when I was 50+. Not for me. Thankfully I got trained up on reach trucks
Good job sir
Your pace is amazing. I'm very impressed by your drive.
this is what they call freezer selector?
this is the type of job that we need to invent robots for, sorry to all the losers who work at one
i tried many of those types of office jobs, could never be able to work at one for longer than 3 months they are all so boring. i would rather pay no to go to work at most of them.
Yes
Slavery
"Talkman wakeup" "be quiet for a second" "0" "1" "To begin assignment say ready" Man inbeen at my freezer picking job for 2 months this is great content!
I bet it’s nice working in the cold, I like taking cold showers every once in awhile makes me feel good and refreshed as a mf
I dream about boxes 😂
Who replaced the pallets when they are empty? I’m about to go to a tour I believe?
I’m a new hire been working there 3 weeks( in grocery so I deal with 3 pallets 2 now) since I’m training. But I’m no where near that high in production( if your pallet is at a standstill your not producing my trainer said). I just wanna know what it takes to get that fast I’m still learning stacking and it’s a lot tbh. Which items go there and how to create an nice even pallet? Any tips and tricks is well appreciated( I love the job and it seems like it’s not the worst) lmao!!
With experience you’ll become faster. That’s really it
I work at a warehouse too and boy did I think that we only used to vocalet system. I start out at 120 percent but I can never end the day with 100. It's always between 70-90 depending on how fast I burn out. 🤣
I just started sysco 3 weeks ago and Im at 40% Im trying to get to 60℅ then chill and get some experience. The problem I have is on pallets over 150 (im still in dry) I dont know what my next step is to getting the higher% im not looking to hit 100 soon
How’s it going ?
man you're horrible at order selecting, good thing you dont work there anymore
I'm a labatt vet
Say again, 1 Okay, Pallet spurred 😭😭
Do you get paid weekly?
YOU SHOULD BE SHOWING HOW TO STACK THE PALLETS , WHATS THE POINT ON WACTCHING YOU WALKING ...... USELESSS
As an experienced order picker I will say you are very fast, accurate, and safe. Color me impressed man.
It's always nice to hop off your lift while it's still rolling, when he runs himself over he won't do it anymore
It’s crazy this guy is using two pairs of gloves and I stock this shît with one pair of thin gloves
I just started 27.30 10-12 hour shifts not bad I might still do small concrete jobs with home owners only tax free
i cant imagine our warehouse freezer looking this clean lmao
Hey bro the pattern number line is hard for me and I didn’t pass my loading freight test in the beginning of orientation they make you take tests bro I failed them physically I can do the job I just don’t have the brain to do it numbers never been my thing any tips
Lol imagine if this an electric pallet all along and not a walkie 😆😆😆
It's hard to hit ur percentage to 100% when u got other workers blocking some can't park they park in the middle there selfish they only care about themselves most workers are mad like if that's the only job in the world Sysco management suck there use to seeing people quit fuck a career outa of this people become miserable
I work on a reach truck in a freezer currently at -20 the best way to get through these jobs is to have a purpose when going to work. Know that this job is not going to last you forever its hard on the body and mind but if you go in there with a mindset of being the best worker and moving up or sayin u will be there for 2-3 years to get your money up or eliminate debt it becomes easier. Stay warm and good luck to all
Im just starting as reach truck operator in -20 . The only way to get experience :/
What is it possible to move up to tho might as well stay here after 2-3 years, and you still working on a reach truck
@@ohworrrd9830 yes I’m still in the freezer it’s year 3 for me I’m currently making $25n hr in the Indianapolis area. Staying here long term was never my plan though I was paying off debt and saving 5-6 months on emergency funds. I now have a business I run on the side. I’ve started to invest my money into real estate and I’ve bought a couple atms that I’ve put in barbershops I’m making a little over 1200 a month off of these assets. I’m going to keep investing in real estate until I have enough properties to cover all my monthly expenses and then I will be leaving my company here for good and just focus on my business and no longer the owners in which I’m working for now
Best advice ever I started as a order selector when i turned 20 I instantly knew what kind of position those jobs were expected of. First job i lasted 3 yrs before the company got bought out and went too shit and hrs got cut then I went to a new job where I lasted 6 yrs and had to leave because my health was not at is best that job honestly used up my body like nothing and I was top picker overall in that warehouse for quite awhile until I couldnt no more... Basically Im saying is when you at these jobs is get your paper up pay off your debt and get the fuck out of that job because being a order selector once your older isnt going to be pretty
Yes bro your absolutely right. I literally try to be better everyday. It’s my second month selecting and I’m glad I finally complete orders pass the 100% range. The checks make me smile and is also another motivation to get the job done! Nice video 💪🏾
