Hello there :) I don't even journal so I don't know why you were recommended to me, but I glad you were! I think it would be super relaxing if you incorporated rubbing the paper and tapping the journal in your intro and/or in between writing! Just an opinion. Either way, these examples were super cute and it kind of makes me want to pick up journaling, but my handwriting isn't as nearly as nice as yours haha.
Oh, those are great ideas! I'm trying to slow down in general because I naturally talk faster, and your ideas would be a great way to "check in" and stay slow :) And haha, my handwriting can be questionable at times, so I'm definitely being more careful when I make a video!
