Hi my name is Chris, I have mobile repair business and work on Ford PowerStrokes. I have a lot of experience with these trucks and vans and can diagnose some of the most difficult problems. I mainly Focus on the Ford 6.7's and the 6.0's this is where I have the most experience, I only work on the Ford Powerstrokes which started production in 1994.5, and I service trucks into the current years, but no other diesels. This Truck has a EGR valve that is stuck open and other issues. I'm showing a way to diagnose the issue. Yes, I know my hair looks Crazy, I had my hat on but took it off and had hat hair, lol. Good stuff. How was the turbo shaft play and free spin at that mileage?
I mentioned that in the video, The shaft play was fine, the turbo had no obvious issues besides the external leak.
Also no engine blowby, ccv was good

What’s wrong with the truck?
Actually there is nothing wrong with this one, I need to verify the crank sensor waveform because I had another truck that had a bad crank tone ring.
