This concert started right after she had just broke up with Joel Alwin. If you watch the concerts after she met Travis Kelce you see a whole different Taylor preforming from the Taylor who started. On the song Lover Taylor doesn't do the "lover dip" after She met Travis the "lover dip" started.

Elvis was hilarious.

This performance took several takes because she kept breaking down crying because she wrote it about her ex husband, so I doubt she was singing it to her kids. I get where you are coming from with that thought though I've heard that her kids tend to shush her because they're tired of hearing her sing lol. Y’all don’t know a single thing. This is from the 1965 movie Haram Scarem. By this point in Elvis’s career, he was making atrocious and cheaper films than the quality ones he had been making even two or three years prior. This is a scene from the movie and not a music video. And all the “grooming” comments are also very misinformed and inaccurate. Times were different.

Elvis sang everything and is thought of as the G.O.A.T. as when you look into it, and I even had a musicologist tell me this, you can't find any other singer who sang so many different genres so majestically. As I used to make fun of Elvis and then my professor had us listen to both Elvis' and Sinatra's version of 'My Way,' and some other songs. When, it's hard to be totally accurate now, but the class was roughly split on whose version they preferred. That was not the point, however, as the professor then went on to play 'Jailhouse Rock' and I remember, too, he played a version of Elvis doing 'Trying to Get to You' while playing the electric guitar. And I admit, that version of 'Trying to Get to You' from the 68' Comeback Special did blow me away. But ultimately, his point was - in playing us various Sinatra and Elvis songs....it was that "Elvis could play in Sinatra's playground, but Sinatra couldn't play in his." I put that in quotes, too, because that is what I remember he said.

Awww I was here the next night 8/5/23 sofi. Just an incredible show. This show 8/4/23 was when Kobe Bryant's daughter received the 22 hat I believe which made it in the concert film. This song is so special to Taylor, her crew and fans. Great reaction!!
