KORG Volca sample, bass, beats, keys: TECHNO #3
Here it is: The Korg Volca techno #3 :). Everything is pure Volca sound (beside the Korg Monotron wich add some delay to the Volca Bass). No post processing. Recorded with an Apogee Duet audio interface.
The Volca sample is used for some additional drums (factory preset samples), the bass sound (one shot sampled from the Volca Bass) and the short "beep" sound (one shot sampled from the Volca Keys).
Hope you like it.
The tiny mixer is a diy passive mixer. very simple and cheap to build if you know how to solder. Perfect for the volcas.

I made this track with the four Volcas and the Monotron Delay by Korg. The Monotron adds some delay and noise to the Volca Bass. The Volca Sample is only used for some additional drums (factory preset samples). No post processing. Just the pure Volca sound. Hope you like it :). This is a problem with most of live producers they start good but the excitement let them to shity track , man there's break and the loop of the melody after 16 bars start to be boring
9 years later this still sounds great. Reminds me very much of orbital!

Probably the best volca, pair it with a reverb pedal and this thing does some insane pads, my favorite patch is norphbass, modulator attack set to 51, carrier decay set to 63, velocity max and bam easy evolving pad sound, on octave 0 it has a slow deep building sound and on octave 1 and 2 a bright but cold shimmer sound, add reverb and its ultimate ambience
