This house is cheap for only 3 million.

This was my grandmother's first home. When she purchased her second home my mother moved in during the early 70s and from there many other family members until it was sold. It's absolutely beautiful and I see the green apple tree in the back and the pecan tree and dogwood tree in the front are gone. Fun memories living here. I have one question...is my big wheel still in the basement? 😊

I'm an elderly person and the different levels to get up the front stairs and the foyer steps down and the main staircase is a bit much for someone with mobility issues, but I love the house especially the fresco's on the walls!

This house is so very Louis XIV. Even if I had the money, I wouldn't buy this place. The while first floor being in marble strikes me as drab and uninviting. It is supposed to be a home, not a French gallery/castle.

Wow I have been looking for a Georgia Mansion for some years and this year I said is my year to make a decision get it. I have many options available that for my box this house is perfect and I mean perfect the only thing missing is a pool and if I'm able to have a pool and have it gated and fenced all the way around I'll definitely put in a huge cash offer NO FINANCING!
