What a fantastic video with vital information 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
The wealth of knowledge you've provided in this video is invaluable & is going to enable me to finally move forward with my dreams of becoming a Tattooist. Thank you so much. 👌
happy to help, please stay in touch via social media to let me know how you progress.
it’s because of THAT exact reason people do not want to go through apprenticeships. Treated like a house slave, disrespected, long hours without pay expecting to learn professional tattoo artistry and hardly get any from these-called MASTER. The days of tattoos apprenticeships will soon come to an end due to tattoo “artists” gatekeeping the craft and ripping off potentially great artists. I doubt anyone in my area would be a great mentor and probably the surrounding areas as well. So people are learning from home and launching themselves into the industry (California, apprenticeship (hours) not required) Just draw draw draw everyday and practice on fake skin til you’ve mastered your line work then practice on yourself and those close to you who trust you. Plenty of tattoo artists have self - done tattoos on their arms and their thighs. Tattoo shop owners and their “employees” will call you “scratchers” as slur as a means to degrade or publicly shame your practice, don’t let them get to you. They’re just jealous that you are killing it out there without having to take out the trash and mop the floors and prep the station for the next client and go make runs to Starbucks and jack in the box for them. You do you and follow your dreams where there’s a will there’s a way.
Wow!
I had it with blue used to swell up all the time in the end it was lasered out and a black one over the top
What about bepanthen tattoo made for tattoos
🧢 It goes away on its own with proper treatment and diet
Breed better
My mother got a tattoo with red ages ago and had a bad reaction she's tried all sorts of fixes I'm not sure if she tried lazer, but it bothers her to this day. She said it always has a burning itch, and it fused with her psoriasis or Eczema.
What does your tattoo look like?
Couldnt imahine how the person your giving a tatoo felt hearing you talk about this
Damn
I've managed employees with tattoos who have none of these qualities. It has no bearing on competency in the workplace at all
So many people look at these supposedly "negative qualities" and TOTALLY overlook the other facts that are revealed as a result.
I had this recently! First tattoo, red ink, never heard of it before. This did reassure me that it's relatively normal and a known thing even if it's annoying and itchy 😊
Have one on my chest, but didn't hurt at all. Goin' to take a risk and get my fingers tattooed.
I have one on my chest. Luckaly it was done after just over an hr. It was really painfull but worth it as it means a lot to me
So if I kinda want a tattoo but I’m not sure, I could go for a finger one that’s kinda of temporary?
If you cant handle the pain dont get the tattoo. Its crazy these guy want to look hard and be gangster but cant handle a some needles
Smoking, weed work same
As a lifelong insomniac, I look at the famous rich people who have died from accidental overdoses of anesthesia drugs, and all I can say is that it would be 100% worth the risk to me if I had the money.
Don't understand the appeal of being knocked out just to have multiple people work on me at once. If anesthesia is necessary, it better be for medical reasons. Just because you can do something, doesn't mean you should. Besides which, who's doing the anesthesia? Last time I checked, not too many Anesthesiologists were working in tattoo shops. I don't want some rando knocking me out; I'd like to wake up & enjoy my tatts.
Debatable? Average joe putting someone under anesthetic! Because i can skip it doesnt make me a boxer
You lost me about half way. WTH did he say?
It’s not great for your brain, and your body keeps the score.
Anesthetic is serious and you can have a potentially fatal reaction to it. I love tattoos and am all for them, but I wouldn’t be knocked out for it. I don’t think you should do anesthesia for any procedure unless it is medically necessary because of the risk involved.
Personally, i see the pain and feeling of the process as part of the art. But if you dont want that. This might be worth it for you. But the risk shoild have to be fully explained. As well as the chance that you are able to wake up when anesthatised. People wake up during surgery far more commonly than i am comfertable with.
I know this too well lol 😅
I think also a big part of the risk is the huge shock to the body. Usually the limits of a tattoo is the patient. But when you’re knocked out you can go for as long as the artist wishes and that can’t be good for the people getting it.
I am all set with being knocked out. The pain isn't even that bad. Not to mention in my opinion it takes away from the experience.
Of course it’s to much risk for a tattoo. You can literally not wake the fuck back up. Also if any of my mates came to me and said they’d being put out for a tattoo I’d instantly think less of them an make sure they knew it. The pain is part of it
There is no tattoo without pain. To me, it’s like riding an electric mountain bike. You can, but why take away the “pushing the limits” aspect?
Blood sugar has the most effect on pain .... sugary drink before hand and a supply of sugary chews during
I just brought my phone and watched RUclips while I let him do his thing. Plus he was from Ukrainian and didn’t speak English well so we couldn’t really have a conversation but the tattoo was perfect. Note I have adhd and slightly autistic
You're either autistic or not. Not slightly autistic coming from a person who is autistic and has ADHD.
A lot of folks with ADHD really love hyper fixating on some thing they’re interested in so it wouldn’t be a problem
Bring a handheld game or a book and some snacks, dont be afraid to ask for a break if you need and talk with your artist if you need extra accommodations, most will be happy to work with you. And remember, tip your artist, they basically pay rent for their chair in the shop

@@dnicoloco7 thx bro
Been using cocoa butter for years man my shjts gleaming
What about tattoo goo? I used that when I got my first tattoo
A&D ointment all the way
Bepanthen is breathable
Never had that issue and i used it on all mine. I did have had spots come up on the one of them thou wich i think was from the bapanthem if im honest as i dont usually get spots
Vaseline maybe?
Yeah, I was going to say the same thing.
My tattoo artist says that Vaseline is very bad for the same reasons as Bepanthen. It is not breathable at all ! Look it up
A very thin layer of Vaseline will work, but there's no healing properties to it, so it takes 3x longer than antibiotic oinments or creams like Polysporin or Neosporin, but the "sporins" aren't meant to be used for long periods of time and in large areas, or you can develop an allergy to it, and it will give you a crazy heat rash type rash and swell up with hives etc. I personally find the best thing is Preparation H for hemmoroids, because it not only has healing properties but it takes away the itchiness too.

what makes someone a VIP? cool video and tattoo 🔥
Clients who fly me out to their location for a tattoo experience. Thanks for watching
Ceazy how a scratcher tattooes out the house but a tattooist with followers is a vip tattoo artist
If you're work is dope you can tattoo anywhere in the world. Don't let others define your success
@@RLAE420 agree was making a point how tattoo industry is the worst for running other people in it down... What's the difference between both but one has a bad view and other is ok.
@@Tom-iw7lxscratcher is inexperienced and only tattoos from home because theres no other choice. I know, thats how i started, ironic how i tattoo 16 years later. G
@@dannybirchtattoo let's be honest a lot start scratching and when they get to a good level forget where they were and bash on many just trying like them when they were inexperienced
@@Tom-iw7lxI was SLLAAAAAAAAAAMED for tattooing when I started! but come full circle some of those people who did want me in there studios, and I’m still not liked for my artwork, I worked in a studio and now I’m back on my own I’ll never work in a studio again
If you could have a VIP Tattoo experience anywhere in the world 🌎where would it be ?
What makes a tattooer a vip tattooer? Curious....
I offer a vip service where i fly to you and create a luxury experience.
