Dear Dr.. Thank you in advance! My cousin is having Fatty Liver grade 3 .. sized18cm.. Is it fully curable or back to normal stage is possible if he is following all the said things like reducing weight, regular excercises and healthy diet. Please advise.

I found little value in the video. I have been told my liver has a "coarse echogenicity" in ultrasound imaging. I have a BMI under 22. I exercise vigorously almost every day, aerobics and strengthening. My diet does not include soft drinks, sweets, refined starches. It does include whole grain cereals like oatmeal, home-made 33% whole wheat bread, no sugar in my coffee or tea, 100% unsweetened grapefruit juice, fresh vegetables. Doctors are simple ignorant of the causes of NAFLD. All they can tell you is diet and exercise. I am an example of diet and exercise, and I still have NAFLD !!! I do not believe any significant research on such diseases is done.
