When i first listened to the caretaker i gained a massive liking to old ballroom music. I just didnt like the way he put so many good songs in the farther stages making it harder to listen to the good melodies. Fortunately you got most of the ballroom songs i love and put them earlier so i can actually listen to them. This was an amazing listen

listened to the original of the caretaker's reintrepretation of this track a lot in 2020's horrible year of winter time. my grandfather died tragically and I visited this song constantly most nights to just comfort myself and come to terms with the news. winter is still a time of reflection I which I visit the caretaker's music.

Date:September of 1923 I feel odd lately, i don't really seem to remember my wife's anniversary, Could this be the flu? i hope not, as i am in the elder years, so i am frail. Date:July of 1928 The great depression has made my life a bit worse now, i cant seem to remember.... this could be something new and undiagnosed, as the symptoms... what symptoms? Date:April of 1933 I listened to one of my albums, i think the.. what? it never sounded like that... huh? what am i thinking? this isn't the flu, the flu was years ago, what flu... i feel terrible, i need some rest. Date:December of 1935 Doctors notice:The patient has lost themselves, they seem to randomly be making up dates, they are closing in on the disease, i diagnose this patient with leukemia, as he doesn't seem to be able to lift up his arm, possibly due to his bones being weakened. Date:January of 1943 ..wo... f. ..gang? Date:October of 1945 Doctors note:The patient is possibly dying from old age, they are at least 103 years old, i got my medical license taken away for no reason, they said that it was due to a different disease called alzhiemer's that i didn't diagnose, he died, and i blame it on them.
