Bush mechanics, bush 'craft', dogs, and wild animals. Actually, it's all pretty random. I'm just another bloke with a RUclips channel.
This is my hat. It has a history.
I've been slowly adding stuff to the Akubra I found some 6 to 8 years ago on the side of the highway.

I decided to upload this little video that I shot before Christmas. A little drive to Terella brewery and then home. I edited it with InShot, hence the watermark. Music in the background Lonely Town Goodbye Song Musician: Matthew Holtby

I've got a fat dad bod with out the mixed blessing of the kid's.
We ended up with 28mm in about the same amount of minutes.
😮
@@trevorwhitelaw1994 28 mm in 28 minutes.
So, by chance I find a video that reveals I am not the only human on the planet that refers to their dog as ‘boofhead’or who has memories of rail travel in the 1980’s in FNQ, or who has had a tick on their head in FN Qld for that matter!
@@1ihws Hahaha! We are not alone!
@ hahahaha oh yes, we are, and if we aren’t yet, we certainly will be - well, some of us certainly are - not only that, “some” of us know some ‘ticks’ better than others!

I was ignorent and thought north Queensland had the hottest weather but then we got 40 plus and high 30s in spring then the rain, I'll take dry heat. They can keep the humidity i swear. And sydney can stop complaining.

Привет! По-моему, рукоять ножа толстоватая.
Yes, it is thick. However, it fits my hand. G'day from Australia.
@@BradGryphonn видимо, у Вас крупная ладонь. У меня ладонь миниатюрная.
They look like termites
Yep, Paul. It was termites. Thousands of the buggers. I better correct that title.
G’day
Amazing how beautiful the bush can sound.
Interesting , hope you arent feeling too crappy
fluid buildup as a reaction to the venom what type of spider?
Not sure mate. I usually just brush the Web away and continue on. Problem was, I tried to wipe the Web off my forehead, and the spider was there. The swelling etc. happened after the tick bite. Initially, the spider bite wasn't an issue.
Yeah definitely go to the doctor dad. That is toxins
Be careful dad. ❤
@bonnie_tonic I'm okay, bub. Can't get an appointment today. If it gets worse, I'll pop into the hospital later this arvo.
That’s that bush botox! I’d be getting it sussed by a Doctor for sure Brad.
Yeah, I've had it before on my leg/shin. I probably should get some antibiotics, but I've had tick and spider bites before this, so I'm being a stubborn bastard. No headaches or anything. Just itchy at times, and sensitive. I'll pop into the doc when I'm in town next time. Probably Thursday.
Holy fuck brad“..U need to go doctors bro😮
@@trevorwhitelaw1994 I've had this before on my shin and arm, but not on my forehead. I look like a Klingon from Star Trek. Bwahaha!
@BradGryphonn hey remember when I had that tick in my 🤮🙃🤯headl at Mango Hill?🤯🤢😇 LoL
irritating for sure. In my neighbourhood, the worst noise offenders tend to be arseholes going back and forth down my road on ATV's at all hours of the night, sometimes as late as 2am. Sometimes, there's blasting at the quarry a few km west of me. That shakes the house.
@CSGraves Yeah, they were back at it earlier this morning with the big gun. If the wind isn't blowing through the trees, I can hear the 22 going hard.
@CSGraves The quarrying would be interesting. I once lived in a coal mining town, and for a while, one of the mines were blasting overburden close to town. You could hear and feel it.
Amazing!
@chisaquaticvibe6524 Thankyou. It was fun to see the whole process.
I believe this is mentioned in the instructions that come with the sharpener.
@@johnv7223 Instructions? What is this magic you speak of?
Nice!!!
@chisaquaticvibe6524 Thanks! I don't have a tank anymore. I live in a rooftop tent on a ute. Yeah, so an aquarium isn't possible just now. However, the property I'm staying on has a pond and waterfall. I'm currently eradicating the cane toads so the native frogs can breed.
@@BradGryphonn Unfortunately, I don't have a fish tank anymore as well. But I may get another one soon.
in North Carolina there are rules about what is required for a private range, but they are pretty much ignored where I live in NC. People near me with properties that are too small for a proper/safe range shoot in their back yards. Some do it past dark, when other people just want to relax.
back to what i was doin , i was havin a beer🍺so yep ill get back to that 😁might have a look at that sharpener , cheers
Yeh, lots of shooting within earshot here in central Oklahoma. It can get annoying.
Abito non v'è che non ti dona ❤❤
Send some rain up here.
Way nicer than the cicadas I used to hear in Ontario. It's like a band of red noise with waves of pink noise underneath.
Let us know how it works out.
@@fraymond3 The last one went south of us. But we're about to get hit by an intense cell.
The folks down Melany and across to Maroochydore are copping it right now. They're under those storm cells
bro its winter...
@EmotiCommenter Geez mate. I hope it isn't. It's been an average 30c 86f here for the past two weeks. Humidity around 50 to 80%.
Audios good mate, just enjoying the light show near the Blue mountains.
@dusty5242 Thanks Dusty. I didn't check it or edit it before I uploaded.
Most normal people just go put shorts on😅
Yeah but, you have to get out of your chair to do that. It's hot, man. You don't wanna move too far.
@WoodysOpinion101 Oh, and another bonus is, for the one low price, you have jeans for winter, and shorts for summer!
Love that ... aircon jeans lol
They are so big
@@bonnie_tonic So pretty, too. There's many different ones up here. But they're hard to capture on video.
I like they play. Their friends.
😮 a muntaa
That's crazy mate. I'm from the south west, in Western Australia. My home town has a shit load of possums. Never seen this before.
@@dusty5242 There's a small mob of half wild cattle on the property next door. I reckon that's where the ticks are coming from. I'd have thought it would have picked it off before it got that full.

@@CSGraves They're like a grape, but the skin is thicker. I'll be doing a full harvest tomorrow and will record it. They are very moreish.
That's so cool. Never seen them before
@@bonnie_tonic They're yummy!
Did you get much rain?
@bonnie_tonic It dumped about 25 mm I 40 minutes, I guess. And inch or so. It was intense for about 20 minutes with some microscopic pea size hail. Apparently, the hail was bigger to the east of us on the coast. The storm came from the south south west.
Yay storms
@abighairyspider This was cool. Dumped some rain and gave a nice sound show. Apparently it got worse east of us. Big hail and wild winds. We are on the Lee side of the steep Ridge, so we generally get rain and a bit of wind if it comes from the west.
