That's the point. Jaeongwon fall in love with her because of her personality, not her appearance. And also she doesn't look neat since she's supposed to be the one who keep thinking about how to get her job done instead of taking care of herself
Favorite scenes involving them were when she chased down the abusing dad through the hospital and came back to a muted response from him. (Sure giveaway how hard he was trying not to fall in love with her) And the scene where they were talking out in the garden area and his mom saw them through the window and instantly knew that there was a chance he might not become a priest.

I absolutely hated when he forced her to divorce though she attempted suicide but after 4 years when he gotta see her and she didn't recognise him ( coz of memory loss) he wanted her back ..
And the worst part is that she again get back with him believing that he loves her. That was just a pathetic and worst ending. She could have shown to him that he now could never get her back just because he claim he loves her. Because once a cheater always a cheater. And there is no need to be in a relationship with a person whom you can't trust. If that could be the ending of the drama it would have the best ever.
