Hi Thinborne! Why did u Cancelled my order?

There is a gap at the camera cover . Does..it mean water will be stuck and need to pry open to clean ?

Do you know of a camera lens protector that fits with the new thinborne? The Spigen has bad reviews. Looking for a one piece style. The one I had is too big.

Just got the case in. Feels nice, haven't felt the need to add adhesives. Dimensions are a little off on the front case. When attached, the top and bottom of the case has a small gap between it and the top and bottom of the device, making the adhesive here not very useful. Thankfully it seems to be holding well otherwise.

I just got one off ali express works great no branding. I'm struggling with it though as I'm unsure if it's a copy of yours, identical, made in the same factory, your design was stolen, Thinborne is just branding generic cases? Please help me understand the situation. I ended up choosing to go with the generic cause there's no branding and it's less than half the price.

Sorry, but this is not user error. I tried this on The pixel 9 pro XL, following all directions perfectly, and it would not even register my prints. I took off the screen protector, adjusted screen sensitivity settings, and reapplied the screen protector. It still will not register the prints at all
