id suggest to do some stretching before playing so your hands are relaxed lean towards the piano so you use the strength and weight of your body to play and make sure that the knuckles are above the height of your fingers to ensure that they form a curve and don’t get flat (they get flat bcs your muscles are stressed and not relaxed) observe your hands when you’re practicing and if you notice that one of your fingers gets flat, or that your hand isn’t curved, stop mid-play and reacommodate them (relax the hand position). in that situation it’s possible that your shoulders are tensed up too (this advice was given to my friend by a virtuoso who’s a close friend of Martha Argerich): when you play piano, try to breathe through your mouth and not through your nose. human anatomy cause us to rise our shoulders when we breathe through our nose, which tenses our body hence worsing our piano playing
